Lymph node ( FNAB or excision) biopsy or tissue biopsy; cell immunophenotyping , lymphocyte typing - diagnosis, classification and prognosis established by histology and immunophenotyping. Additional diagnostic and prognostic information from cytogenetics and molecular genetics on biopsy specimen; protein (total), albumin, protein electrophoresis, immunoglobulins G, A, M , paraprotein analysis, LD , beta-2-microglobulin. Bone marrow aspiration and trephine biopsy for staging. |
